We replaced the t= wo toilet seats and the master sink faucet.  The water is currently tur= ned off on the master sink since it is best to have someone that can double c= heck for drips after a couple of hours.

I took the tub spout off on the gue= st tub to take with me because I need it when I get a replacement so I get t= he right one.  I think I can remember the color & finish as long as= it takes to drive to the hardware store, but when I get to the store the br= ight chrome, brushed chrome, stainless, brushed stainless all start to look t= he same.   So I will pick up a replacement tomorrow and put it in.=

 

The front door knob is looking a little ratty.  I can replace= that with an electronic one with a keypad if Gloria would like.<= /span>

Also, the place really needed a clean. The k= itchen was also quite =E2=80=98used=E2=80=99.  Luckily, I=E2=80=99m a n= eat freak so I did most of it but I saw that there was mold in the second le= vel of the fridge. I think I bleached it out but wanted to let you know in c= ase there any further issues.

Hi Joan, I not= iced the downstairs powder seat so we replaced it, but didn=E2=80=99t notice= the upstairs ones. We can replace them on Thursday or Friday if we have you= r permission to go in. Or I can just drop them off if Jeff wants to replace t= hem.  Or you can pick them out and replace and we can reimburse.
