3	=09The monthly fixed fee will be determined when your Card ExtendPay pl= an is created and is provided to you before you complete setting up a Card = ExtendPay plan. This fee will remain the same until the Card ExtendPay plan= is paid in full. The monthly fixed fee of the Card ExtendPay plan is based= upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors. =09
4	=09Your repayment options may depend on your plan amount and will be sh= own during enrollment. =09
=09When you set up a Card ExtendPay plan, the total monthly payment obl= igation will be included in your monthly Minimum Payment. If you have any C= ard ExtendPay balances, you may avoid interest charges on new Purchases by = paying the Plan Adjusted Balance in full each month. (The Plan Adjusted Bal= ance is your non-Card ExtendPay balance plus the total Card ExtendPay payme= nt, not including any disputed amounts.) You may pay the Card ExtendPay bal= ances off early by paying your current balance in full, which includes acti= vity on your Account since the previous statement, including any pending ch= arges. You will see the Card ExtendPay plan in your credit card dashboard i= n Credit Card Account Access. This Card ExtendPay offer may be withdrawn ba= sed on activity on your credit card account after the offer was made. If yo= u are no longer eligible for this offer, you will not be able to access the= enrollment site. Your eligible purchases will still earn you any rewards y= our credit card would otherwise offer. =09For Card ExtendPay offers to small business accounts: only you, as y= our company's Authorized Officer (AO), may enroll in a Card ExtendPay Plan.= All references to "you" and "your" apply to you as the AO.
