Hi Craig,

I would like to officially notify you of our intent to move out in
December.  We will be moving out on December 14th, 2024.  Since we are
technically breaking our lease agreement, rent for the month of December
will be paid in full.

Per our phone conversation on 8/22, I would be grateful if the
lease agreement termination fee could be waived if you are able to find new
tenants to move in in a reasonable timeframe.  If not, we would be more
than happy to pay the 1.5 x monthly rent termination fee to accommodate
the loss of rental income on your end.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed with the move out
process.  I will be leaving with our Uhaul early on Saturday morning, the
14th.  Maya will be flying out the evening of the 14th.  She could do a
walk through and hand over the keys on that day if it works for you.

Thank you so much for everything, you have been an excellent landlord.
