I am so very s= orry and embarrassed to say that I have completely dropped the ball on t= his appraisal. I can only assume that with leaving on vacation I completely l= ost my mind. I see that I never even got an engagement letter to you to sign= . I have not called the tenant. I really apologize. If you still want me to c= ontinue with this appraisal I will drop the fee to $475 for my complete fail= ure to follow through with this.
