Good morning Craig.

 

Your appraisal request has been received, and accepted.   It is understood
that the appraisal will be for estate tax purposes, and will not be utilized
for loan processing to refinance, or for the sale/purchase of the property.
In addition, there has been no further discussion between us regarding an
opinion of value, potential comparables, or direction by you requesting a
specific value or value range.    

 

Later this morning, I will call Mike to set an appointment.   

Our first opportunity would be next Thursday (03/21/2024) morning, arriving
between 9am to 9:30am.

 

Assuming that we are able to inspect next Thursday, we would expect to
deliver the appraisal on or before 03/28/2024.

 

As per our conversation our fee will be $750, which can be sent to the
