I tried this, but website could not grasp t= he same phone number being used on my folks=E2=80=99 account. chat with SF i= nternet support, then phone call and wasted time. I seem to be the only pers= on in the world with one phone number for two accounts. 

Then they transferred me your office and it= was solved in 90 seconds. Thank you!!!!

Since the Rental policies are all under your parents, C= lyde & Bonnie Andrews, you can create an account under their name and ha= ve access to the polices/renewals through that account. You may have to use a different email than the one you have set up= for your personal account, but that is what I would suggest as a way to acc= ess the policies quickly.

 

I am in back to back appointments today and tomorrow =E2= =80=93 it will take me some time to print/save and email the renewals for yo= u. It be tomorrow or Monday before I can get to that. If you need them sooner, I would definitely set up the account online under= your parents=E2=80=99 name and you should have full access to the accounts t= here.
