Hello all my Grace Commons Neighbors!
(If you are an owner, we graciously request you forward this to your renter
to ensure they know they are invited. Please and thank you!)

Can't believe we are just now talking about the 4th of July when it's been
such a gorgeous spring already. Well this year we'd like to kick off the
summer with a community gathering opportunity, owners and renters and all.
The 9th Court neighbors are inviting the entire neighborhood to come out
and celebrate the 4th of July by getting to know one another in our
cul-de-sac. 4pm on Tuesday July 4th, there will be BBQ's (hopefully)
available for use, games, and plenty of opportunity to meet and get to know
your other neighbors whose homes aren't directly attached to yours.
****If you happen to have a BBQ you'd be willing to bring for people to
use, please let me know. We can take donations to help with propane/briquet
costs.****
We request that this time around you bring food for your own families as
this will not be potluck style, chairs or blankets, and if you have games
you'd like to share then bring those as well. We will have one cornhole
set, ladderball, and yardzee available.
In the future as we get better at this, we could do potluck style and maybe
have fun with some themes and things.
We will be requesting all parking that afternoon be elsewhere in order to
open up the road for gathering for the evening, so squish in and if you
have room in your driveway, maybe offer it up to a neighbor for the night.

This is our first attempt to get people out to community with one another
when it doesn't have to do with the HOA and tasks related to that.
In the near future, another neighbor would like to have a COMMUNITY GARAGE
SALE, and I will be sending another email when that time comes. Please
watch for flyers attached to your doors as well.

If you would like to connect before the gathering, have questions, or are
willing to share your BBQ, please reach out to Lisa at 503-310-5097. If she
doesn't recognize the number she won't answer, so leave a message or text
her with who you are and she'll get back to you. And as always, you can
