We have a= nother issue with this unit, unrelated to the last refrigerant leak. T= he condensate drain from the air handler was not glued together and is just d= ripping down the interior wall and out of the ceiling below. I have st= opped it temporarily but we need someone come ASAP to correct the condensate= drain problem. What is the quickest you can get someone to address th= is problem? I think the easiest temporary fix will be to run the conde= nsate drain to either the west soffit (where the pan drain discharges) or to= the east soffit and have it drip into a rain gutter.
